Town Administrator’s Corner

Coffee with the Town Administrator is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM at the Hinsdale Millstream Community Center, 19 Main Street. This is an informal opportunity for residents to share thoughts, ask questions, and learn more about what is happening in Town. Previous conversations have included representatives from the School District. Scheduled next is the Hinsdale Police Chief Melissa Evans Wednesday October 14, 2026!

The Public Hearing for the Town Warrant Articles is scheduled by the Budget Committee and typically takes place during the first or second week of February. This hearing provides an opportunity for residents to learn more about proposed warrant articles and ask questions before Annual Town Meeting.

The 2027 Town Reports are expected to be available for residents to pick up and review by March 2, 2027. Copies will be available at the Town Hall, Hinsdale Public Library, Hinsdale Millstream Community Center, Hinsdale Middle High and Elementary Schools. The Town Report contains important information about the Town, including the Warrant Articles and Election Ballot that residents will consider during Annual Town Meeting.

 

2027 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING — KEY DATES

Tuesday, March 9, 2027 — Elections, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM at the Hinsdale Millstream Community Center. Saturday, March 13, 2027 — Annual Town Meeting, 9:00 AM at the Hinsdale Middle High School Gymnasium. The School Meeting will be held first, followed by the Town Meeting at approximately 10:30 AM, or immediately after the School Meeting concludes.
